The Project Evaluator is responsible for all training, and data collection, analysis, and reporting to include the required Government Performance and Results Act (GPRA) requirements.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Report on progress of meeting goals and objectives as defined in the grant application, target numbers for the populations of focus, quality assurance activities and evaluation efforts on implementation, efficacy and costs to the Project Director.
- Responsible for all training, and data collection, analysis, and reporting for SAMHSA Integrated Treatment Program, to include the required Government Performance and Results Act (GPRA) requirements.
- Continually assess system gaps and identify target populations and communities to be served.
- Assist in the development of the EHR processes, development and of all regularly recurring required reports to SAMHSA, including financial reporting, data collection and annual/semi-annual reports.

- Fully participate in cross-site evaluations which may be directed by SAMHSA.
- Assists in ensuring program compliance with SAMHSA regulations in addition to all other local, state and federal governing laws and regulations.
- Attend monthly meetings with assigned SAMHSA personnel.
- Punctual and regular attendance is an essential responsibility of each employee. Employees are expected to report to work as scheduled, on time and prepared to start working.
- Performs other duties as assigned to include but not limited to assisting in grant writing.
- Maintains self in a professional manner at all times and adheres to the policies and procedures of the Agency.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Demonstrated experience in substance abuse, mental health, community organization, and individual and family focused treatment.
- Demonstrated experience with data collection and analysis.
- Knowledge of the specific geographic area and the population to be served.
- Demonstrated experience with EHR development.
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Health Administration or closely related field with two (2) years of experience.
