Our programs provide an array of child care and preventative services for youth and families. These programs promote the social well-being of children and families by helping to build connections to home, school and community. Given the right tools and supports, families can help themselves to a better future.

Child Care Services

Provides licensed care for children ages 6 weeks through 12 years and offers developmentally appropriate programs and a specialized curriculum.

Daycare Registration

Provides support for people and organizations interested in starting child day care programs in their home. This includes help with your NYS application.

Child and Adult Care Food Program

National USDA program that reimburses legally-exempt and group/family day care homes for providing meals and snacks to the children in their care.

Community Health Worker Program

Works with high needs individuals and families to access preventive and primary health care services.

Outreach & Prevention

A drop in social, recreational and educational activities program for youth up to age 18.

Project A.I.M.

Provides adult - mentor led programming for youth ages 13-18 in group sessions that facilitate personal growth.

Kinship Connections

Provides advocacy, outreach and supportive services to non-parent caregivers.

SOHO Permanency Resource Center

Provides assistance to post-adoptive or post-guardianship families so that children may be cared for in their homes with their adoptive parents or legal guardians.

Mohawk Valley Perinatal Network

A hub for perinatal information and services for both providers and consumers. We assure access to health care for individuals across the region by helping them find affordable healthcare solutions.
