Monarch provides a comprehensive range of outpatient services, including:
- Individual and group counseling
- Peer support services through Certified Recovery Peer Advocates (CRPAs)
- Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) with licensed providers
- Support for families and significant others
- Care coordination and referral services

Insurance & Billing
We accept most major insurance providers and will assist with claims processing. Please note:
- Co-pays are due at the time of service
- Clients are responsible for co-insurance, deductibles, and uncovered services
- Referrals may be required depending on your insurance
- We do not accept Workers' Compensation or No-Fault insurance
