The Neighborhood Center is now enrolling for Universal Pre-Kindergarten (UPK) at our Neighborhood Center and North Community Center locations.
UPK is open to all 4-year-olds residing in the Utica City School District.
Program Hours
Full Day: 8:30 AM–2:30 PM
Half Day:
AM: 8:30–11:00 AM
PM: 12:30–3:00 PM
