Cots for Tots Funds New Cots and Sheets for Every Child!

Utica, NY— The Neighborhood Center is delighted to announce the successful completion of the funding campaign for Joe Tahan’s Furniture’s Cots for Tots.

Joe Tahan’s Furniture’s Cots for Tots initiative aimed at providing essential sleeping accommodations for children in The Neighborhood Center’s childcare program. Through the generous contributions of individuals, community organizations, and businesses, this project has been fully funded.

“The quick success of this campaign reaffirms the compassion and generosity that defines the Mohawk Valley,” said Sandra Soroka, Executive Director at the Neighborhood Center. “The unwavering support from individuals, businesses, and organizations ensures that our child care can thrive, offering a foundation for the healthy development and growth of our youngest members.”

The funds raised have been utilized to purchase new cots, bedding, and other necessary supplies to create a warm and welcoming environment for children. The Neighborhood Center extends its deepest gratitude to each individual and organization that contributed to this worthy cause.
